Lalmin® by Lallemand Bio-Ingredients

Lalmin® by Lallemand is a range of whole food fermented vitamin and mineral yeast ingredients produced through controlled fermentation and subsequent inactivation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. These whole-cell yeast matrices deliver standardized levels of specific vitamins or minerals naturally accumulated or supplemented during fermentation.
