MctSMART® by Anderson Advanced Ingredients is a vegan medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) ingredient supplied as a high-fat MCT oil powder derived from coconut or palm kernel sources. The material contains approximately 70% MCT oil plated onto FiberSMART® soluble tapioca fiber using a proprietary low-heat “oil-to-powder” technology that preserves lipid structure. The result is a free-flowing, highly dispersible powder suitable for beverages, nutrition bars, and powdered formulations targeting ketogenic, sports nutrition, and weight management applications. MctSMART® is non-GMO, gluten-free, halal, kosher, and vegan.
