DermaNiA® by Saanroo is a novel extract from Manchurian wild rice (Zizania latifolia) aerial parts, grown in Korea and Japan. Using BTC Corporation’s proprietary ethanol-water extraction and bioconversion technology, the ingredient is standardized to tricin, overcoming limitations of conventional methods. DermaNiA® has been clinically studied for skin hydration and wrinkle reduction, particularly around the eyes. It is allergen-free, vegan, and suitable for capsules, tablets, softgels, gummies, RTM powders, and functional food applications.
